REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Last updated: May 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy defines the statutory conditions under which FISKL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (VASP Registration No. RDWW-1093) processes transaction adjustments, cancellations, or reversals for virtual asset exchange operations.

1. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions

The Client explicitly acknowledges and understands that cryptocurrency networks (blockchains) are decentralized, immutable ledger environments. Once the Company executes an exchange transaction and transmits virtual assets to the external wallet address specified by the Client, the action is **permanent and completely irreversible**. The Company cannot retrieve, recall, or reverse virtual assets once they have been dispatched to the blockchain network.

2. Cancellation Restrictions

Due to the real-time processing mechanics of cryptocurrency exchanges and the continuous volatility of global digital asset valuations, exchange orders cannot be canceled, amended, or modified by the Client once the fiat funds or crypto assets have been confirmed as received by the Company. All submissions via our exchange desk are final.

3. Conditions for Mandatory Fiat Refunds

The Company will only initiate a fiat currency refund (to the originating account via our corporate payment systems, such as Wise) under the following highly specific compliance scenarios:

  • KYC/AML Failure: If a Client transmits fiat funds to the Company’s bank account but subsequently fails to complete mandatory identity verification, or if the transaction triggers severe compliance alerts, the Company will reject the transaction and refund the fiat capital.
  • Third-Party Payment Rejection: In accordance with AML rules, all incoming payments must originate from an account registered in the exact same name as the verified Client. Third-party payments are strictly rejected and automatically marked for return.

4. Refund Administrative Deductions and Currency Adjustments

All qualified refunds are processed strictly back to the original source account from which the payment was initiated. The Company reserves the right to deduct any direct financial overheads, bank transfer fees, intermediary processing charges, or costs incurred due to negative market exchange fluctuations from the final refund amount. Refunds are typically analyzed, processed, and disbursed within 7 to 14 business days following internal compliance approval.
